Is Frame free?
Yes. You can download Frame and make collages for free, with 3 saves every week. Frame Pro unlocks every template, carousel, sticker and frame, and removes the save limit.
What sizes can I make?
Stories (9:16), posts (4:5), squares, wide formats and more. You can change the ratio any time while you edit.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone, go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
I paid but Pro isn't unlocked.
Open Frame, go to your profile and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with.
